My methods

I've been working as a personal trainer for more than eight years and have seen had the pleasure of working with clients of every type. Most of my clients come to me with the goal of fat loss. This goal is easily achievable. There are simple rules and we can stick to achieving this which is what we will do.

 

My aim as a personal trainer is firstly to help you achieve your goal but also to educate you to what, why and how we will accomplish that. So that you never feel out of place in the gym again.

Here's how I usually work with my clients:

We'll discuss your goals and training history and current lifestyle, then you will together make a plan of timeline of how I can help you reach your goals.

Next will be a movement assessment in order to make a program specifically to suit your body.

During sessions i'll ensure you're exercing safely and efficiently and advise how to maximize your efforts in the gym with nutrition guidance and advice to build healthy habits.

I feel empowered by making people feel strong and confident in their bodies and then hopefully their minds to achieve what they previously didn't think was possible.

 

In the journey to helping you reach your goals I hope to teach you healthy life long habits which will help you maintain your results for the rest of your life.
